Fry the tortillas in butter for 1 minute on each side, then transfer them individually to plates. Firstly, spoon the meat in the middle, then cover the layer of meat with guacamole, then the salad, another layer of meat and guacamole, corn, shredded cheese and chilli sauce. Squeeze 1/4 of a lime over the taco, roll up and serve. |
