To get started with this gluten free nut bread, you’ll need the following ingredients:

Cook the onions in the oil over medium heat until they caramelize and become goldish.

Grate the potatoes into a large bowl, then add the onions, flour, garlic cloves, parsley, ground walnuts, mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Mix everything with a wooden spoon and taste for seasoning.

Transfer the mixture into a bread tin lined with baking paper and level it up. Bake for 1 hour or just until a toothpick inserted to the middle comes out with only a few moist crumbs attached.
