To get started with this gluten free kinder delice recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:

Sift the flour, carob powder, baking soda, guar gum, and baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the salt until foamy, then add the brown sugar, vanilla extract, sunflower oil and milk. Gradually incorporate the flour mixture. Transfer to a medium-sized baking tray and bake for 25 minutes at 170 ° C.

Add the whipping cream, icing sugar and cream cheese in a bowl and whisk for 30 seconds using a hand-held electric mixer. Pour the blended fruits in the bowl and whisk for 1 minute or until fully combined.

Allow the sponge to cool down before cutting it vertically in half. Spread a uniformed layer of cream on each of the sides using a cake spatula, then put one on top of the other. Remove the excess cream and slice the cake into 8 pieces.
