Watch them cook, and after just a couple of minutes, when they turn golden, place the tray on the oven door and roll the cones using a sharp wooden object or a clean kitchen cloth, by gently pushing one edge of the circle over the other, in a circular motion. You’ll have to do this as soon as you open the oven’s door, otherwise the mixture will harden. Repeat the process for the remaining batter. |

Separate 6 eggs, whisking the yolks and sugar in a bowl using a hand-held electric mixer. In a separate bowl, whisk the butter with the mixer and gradually incorporate the yolks into it. When fully combined, pour the vanilla extract and cacao. Mix for another minute and fill up each of the cones with it. |
