To get started with this coconut porridge, you’ll need the following ingredients:

Place the oats in a saucepan with the salt and coconut milk. Bring to the boiling point then simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring often. When the mixture becomes thick and creamy, add the fruits, cinnamon and coconut flakes.

Pour the mixture into 2 bowls and top with almond flakes, blueberries, ground walnuts, coconut flakes and dried raspberries.
