To get started with this easy dessert recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:

Add the raisins to a small bowl and cover them in the rum extract. Put the biscuits in a food processor or blender and blitz into fine crumbs.

Combine the sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the mixture turns into liquid.

Combine the biscuit crumbs, raisins, cacao and ground walnuts in a bowl and gradually add the milk mixture.

Use a spatula to blend the mixtures until they incorporate. If the mixture doesn’t hold together firmly, add more crumbs or walnuts. Cover the bowl with cling film and place it in the freezer and leave for 10 minutes.

Drop a blueberry in the middle of a teaspoon, scoop up the mixture and shape up the balls, passing them through regular or colored coconut flakes. Let this easy dessert recipe chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
