Achte darauf, dass dabei nicht die F\u00fcllung herausspringt. Beim Rollen leicht andr\u00fccken, aber nicht die F\u00fcllung zerdr\u00fccken. Den Streifen am Ende des Nori-Blatts befeuchten, sodass er klebt und die Rolle verschlossen bleibt. Die restliche Creme auf der Rolle verteilen und K\u00e4se und Lachs darauf legen. Mit Frischhaltefolie abdecken, die Enden jeder Rolle abschneiden und dann jede Reiserolle mit einem feuchten Messer in 6 gleich gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schneiden.
